Enthusiastic and self‐motivated professional with a good number of years’ experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. He has extensive experience in Electronics Security industries managing large scale projects from the requirements gathering phase, up to project completion and turn over. He is also able to design and implement strategic plans and develop high performing teams. Mr. JOEL NOMA formerly worked in ADVANCED SECURITY ENGINEERING between 2007- 2011 as a Senior Project Engineer based in Dubai UAE before him joining Complex Systems Integration (CSISI). He developed his career in electronics after his college year when he worked with JVC PHILIPPINES in 1996-2007, eventually landing as a Service Supervisor for more than 5 years before he decided to work abroad. He is a product of Laguna State Polytechnics University having taken up Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology.
